Privacy Policy

1. Data collected

Primpay collects only the data strictly necessary for the service to function: first name, last name, email address, phone number, visit history and reward history. No bank data, no continuous geolocation data, no sensitive data is collected.

2. Purpose of processing

Your data is used exclusively to: (a) operate your loyalty program, (b) enable Wallet notifications related to your card, (c) provide usage statistics to the merchant, (d) respond to your support requests.

3. Retention period

Data is retained as long as the loyalty card is active. In case of inactivity exceeding 24 months or a deletion request, data is permanently erased within 30 days.

4. Data sharing

Your data is never sold, rented or transferred to third parties. It may be shared with our technical subcontractors (Vercel hosting, Supabase database) only to ensure service operation, under contractual agreements compliant with GDPR.

5. Your rights

In accordance with GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, oppose, erase, limit and port your data. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@primpay.fr. You may also file a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).

6. Cookies

The primpay.fr website uses only audience measurement cookies (Google Analytics 4) with your explicit consent. No advertising cookies, no third-party trackers. You can modify your preferences at any time via the cookie banner.
